What is it?

The simple exercises (laughing, stretching, and breathing) can be done by anyone.  There is no need for comedy or even a sense of humor.  If you’re willing, you can do it!


Heavy on the laughter and light on the yoga, you don’t need to be flexible, have a yoga mat, wear any special clothing, or remember special poses like ‘mountain’ or ‘tree’.


Scientifically-proven techniques combine laughter and yogic breathing that result in decreased levels of stress, anxiety, depression; and help build a stronger immune system.


Laughter yoga encourages playfulness, being silly and having FUN, and gives you a great work-out as you laugh your way to a healthier more energetic YOU!


The best part is that your body does not know the difference between spontaneous or intentional laughter, so you get all the same health benefits either way.


The pure act of smiling and laughing triggers chemical reactions in the brain, strengthens core muscles in your body and, if you’re open to it, core principles of living.
